• Ensure accurate and timely month-end financial reporting for multiple countries
• Monitor balance sheet movements and analyze monthly P&L trends
• Enhance accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Assist the Regional Country Controller with annual tasks
• Collaborate with external tax consultants
• Support internal and external audits
• Contribute to policy development
• Provide technical accounting guidance
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and standards
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed

Who we are looking for:

• Experience: 1+ years in management accounting, preferably in Shared Services
• Fluency in English + one other languages; Spanish, French, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, and/or Turkish
• Education: Higher education in accounting or finance with a strong accounting focus
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting tools like Hyperion, ERP systems, and knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Trintech (a plus)
• Analytical Skills: Excellent Excel skills for precise financial data analysis
• Communication: Strong communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment
