Finance is the cornerstone of business success. On behalf of our client, a multinational corporation with over 20,000 employees worldwide, we are looking for Country Financial Controller that reports to a Regional Controller.

Responsibility:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple countries, including HQ reporting packages
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Manage full country accounting and ensure tax compliance
• Oversee meticulous balance sheet reconciliations
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and consultants
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance standards
• Collaborate with the Internal Control team to develop policies
• Provide technical accounting guidance
• Participate in international projects
• Monitor and enhance business systems and practices
• Report on actual financial movements

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in an international company, with preference for Shared Services exposure
  
• Fluency in English + one other languages; Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and/or Turkish
• Higher education in accounting or finance, along with relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA, AA, RC, CPA)
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and ERP systems
• Strong communication skills to foster a collaborative environment
