Level One Uitzenbureau is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our client's team in their modern greenhouse facility. Our client is a leading producer of top-quality flowers all year round, specializing in roses, orchids, and other varieties of flowers.
Responsibilities:
- Cutting roses
- Removing extra shoots of roses
- Bending rose shoots
- Sorting
- Packing
Requirements:
- Ability to work in warm conditions
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of English
- Motivated and responsible attitude toward work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate of €11,75 with overtime paid at 135%
- Legal long-term work
- Six working days a week with one free day in the middle of the week
- 38-50 hours of work per week
- Dutch contract
- Accommodation provided at €78 per week
- Dutch health insurance at €33,46 per week
