Taken
- Finance & Administrative tasks : PO/PR in e-flow for MDF and outsourced FTEs ; Action Reserve management including indirect rebates in salesforce ; follow-up of accruals and expenses
- Distributors follow-up execution : stock-in-trade weekly updates and downloads ; monthly claims check and validation ; monthly sales-out report building
- Commercial activities : small accounts + quotes management + first point of contact for delays/allocation and issue solving + XTW sales and registration + price lists physical finalization and distribution + follow-up of customers credit limits with anticipation
- Marketing activities : samples lending fleet management, showroom day-to-day hosting, goodies management, support to the marketing manager for events organizations ; management of the MDF marketing budget execution
- Planning activities : sales plan support and allocation management ; participation to the monthly operational calls
- Salesforce deep usage and expert : vendor creation, new accounts, demo requests…
- Archives management ; contracts keeper ; helping remote team (stamps, official letters and certificates)
- Is the primary commercial contact for the customer, ensures continuity of the relationship with the accounts, documenting agreements and interactions.
- Is the voice of customer inside TP Vision, mobilizing resources where needed to achieve plan/strengthen the relationship.
Vereisten
- 3-5 years of experience in a logistics & operations sales environment
- Knowledge of the product range to be the first level advisor to the customer, would be a great asset
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and fluent in Spanish, Italian and English
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and advanced in Excel (may be assessed during the process)
- Strong analytical skills, excellent with numbers, adaptive and well organised
- Experienced in customer database management
- Strong connector who is able to interface with other departments; sales, business mngt, F&A, marketing and product management
- Able to manage small projects for multiple clients within own environment
- We would prefer candidates who already live and are authorized to work in the Netherlands.
