As a Broker Fixed Income, you will focus on developing business opportunities, building relationships as well as delivering the best services to your clients worldwide (e.g., asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and treasuries). You will be mainly trading bonds.

• Continuously expanding the client base with new clients
• Identifying clients’ needs and pro-actively acting to achieve best-in-market customer satisfaction
• Actively looking for new and cross-selling opportunities

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience within a commercial role
• You are ambitious, driven, and passionate to succeed as a broker
• You are not afraid of (cold) calling (potential) clients
• You have good knowledge of financial products
• You are accurate, have excellent analytical skills, and great attention to detail
• You are fluent in English and one of these languages (Polish, Romanian, Slovakian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovenian or Croatian)
• You will challenge your team with your ideas and sparkling personality
