Pharmaceutical companies – We once again realized how large of a part they play in the society during the Pandemic. Today, we are working with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector that offers a range of highly specialized proprietary and in-licensed products in the following therapeutic areas: Rheumatology, Women’s Health and Critical Care.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Financial Data Analyst who has a hands-on skills in financial consolidation and its data base management and process improvement.
Even though they are currently not the largest pharma company out there yet, they are planning to expand their business in the coming years. Which means, that there are a lot of new challenges waiting for you.
What are you doing to do?
You are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and development of the consolidation system, which is an important financial information tool. The consolidation system provides the basis for periodic statutory reporting, budget, forecasts, and management reports within the organization. You are going to report to a Senior Finance Manager and will belong to a Corporate Finance Department.
More specifically:
- Maintenance and development of the consolidation system (CCH Tagetik)
- Definition of standard operating (consolidation) procedures for planning and control
- Play a crucial role in the periodic group consolidation and group reporting
- Responsible for master data management (account and company structure)
- Continuous contact with parent company and the financial controllers of all group companies Identification and implementation of further improvements
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree level of thinking
- Critical attitude and aiming for high standards and work accordingly
- Strong communicator
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on team player
- Excellent analytical skills
- Expert in Excel
- Audit background
- Experience with consolidation systems
- Comfortable with databases and data visualization software tools such as Power BI
- IFRS knowledge

Working hours/location
Full-time, Mondays to Fridays *Part-time (4 days p/w) could be a possibility if it's for the right candidate
Office is located in Hoofddorp. They have a hybrid policy and you are asked to come to the office 3 times a week
