Responsibilities- Build a relationship with clients and help guide them through their digital transformation.
- Understand the client’s business needs and translate this into requirements for their website and digital marketing.
- Manage client requests from inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Upsell digital marketing services and earn commission.
- Manage customer and order information in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the team, share ideas and best practices to develop and improve our service.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products.
- Fluency in German is essential - our clients are business owners in Germany.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in customer service, support, or relevant role is desirable but not a must.
- Experience in sales is a plus but not essential.
- Keen interest in digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintain sharp attention to detail.
- Living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
- Strong work ethic and team spirit.
- Full-time (40 hours) position.
